At the heart of the India Rosa concept is the Sandhu family, established in Quebec and active in the restaurant industry for nearly 40 years.

Led expertly by the father, AJmer Sandhu, the Sandhu family launched and successfully operated several businesses before handing over the reins to a new generation for the creation of a new concept: India Rosa.

« India Rosa is our story because we grew up here, in Montreal. This city is ingrained in our genes; it is part of our DNA. We wanted to create a unique Indian restaurant that embodies the modernity and festivity of Montreal that lives within us. And in discussing with our father, we realized that he shared our vision. Thus, under the reassuring guidance of our father, who has several projects to his credit, the India Rosa adventure began.
